Useful tips

2 nights minimum, at the inn or in a cabin – Units available: Tuuk (converted shipping container), Noorvik (mini-house)
1 to 3 people per unit, depending on the type of accommodation selected
Inn: Full room and board (3 meals) (children’s meals: 3- to 12-year olds, 50% discount; 0- to 2-year olds, free)
Cabin: no meals included, but available as an option ($)

With the Uapishka (Groulx) Mountains package, you can follow the marked trails of the Harfang, Jauffret and Provencher Mountains* to amaze in the splendour of the immense crater lake and the other peaks of the mountain range. This is also an opportunity to observe the fragile ecosystems found in the area, combining lichens and mountain arctic tundra. On the mountain, there is no need to worry about getting lost; download to your smartphone the exclusive trail layouts with network-free access or borrow a VHF radio and the gear that you need to ensure your safety. Once back at the Station, enjoy at will the activities offered on site.

*Visitors are advised not to hike the Provencher Mountain trail round-trip in the same day. If you plan to spend a night in the mountains, please call us to adjust your package accordingly to two non-consecutive nights at the inn. Note: You must bring along your own camping gear.
