Bistro St-Onge
At the end of a day spent outdoors enjoying fresh mountain air or after hours of driving along Route 389 to reach the Uapishka Station, surrender to the charms of comfort food and home cooking. Facing the quiet beauty of a breathtaking panorama afforded by the Manicouagan Crater Lake and Mount Babel rising in the distance, the only thing left for you to do is to indulge in the present moment, in the here and now.
The Bistro was named in tribute to the St-Onge family, originally from the Manicouagan River area. The members of this family, like their ancestors, travelled across the territory with the change of seasons, as they made their way in groups deep into the hinterland of Nitassinan for winter and travelled back to the St. Lawrence River for summer.
